Overall the 2000 model is a great bike but it has one drawback. The rear disc brake emits a
high pitched squeal when braking even at low speeds. This started after just 500 miles of
use. I have been told that this is due to the metal particles imbedded in the brake pads. I
hope that Suzuki comes up with better brake pads.
